1. Notion of Discourse Study
The notion of discourse study is the study to understanding the text according to its contexts.
2. Analyzing the Cohesion and Deixis in an article.
a. President Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono said on Monday he was deeply concerned over Indonesia’s humiliating 10-0 loss to Bahrain in last week’s World Cup qualifying match, which he said had been linked to the prolonged conflicts within the Indonesia Soccer Association (PSSI).
b. “Look at the young Garuda, who won last night.
c. We actually have potential youngsters.
d. But, after the loss to Bahrain, I immediately looked for information on what had been going on in our soccer world,” the President told journalist at the State Palace.
e. Yudhoyono was referring to the Indonesia U-21 national team’s 3-0 victor over the Philippines in the Hasanal Bolkiah Trophy match in Brunei Darussalam on Sunday night.
f. “While the people are actually enjoying the rebound of our sports achievements in the last SEA Games, they have been burdened with bad news concerning protracted conflicts and infighting.”
g. I’m telling you, please don’t ignore the voice of the people for your own interest,” Yudhoyono said.

- Absolute Deictic

Paralel sentence
I Love Super Junior

Super Junior is Boyband R&B from South Korea. The members of Super Junior such as Leeteuk, Heechul, Han Geng, Yesung, Kang-in, Shindong, Sungmin, Eunhyuk, Donghae, Siwon, Ryeowook, Kibum,and Kyuhyun. They are very handsome, cool, cute, and charming. All of the member very interesting but Cho Kyu Hyun is my favorite one. He has beautiful voice, good attitude, charming, and a good dancer. I want meet Super Junior but it’s just a dream, although they will make concert at Indonesia. If i meet Super Junior I will take a picture, take a conversation, and request a song .

MONKEY STREAKY

Once upon a time, there are a monkey and a frog. They are to be friendly. The monkey very smart and tricky while the frog very simple. They walked around to the jungle. Monkey said “hey frog! i have an idea”, frog said “what is that?!!”. The monkey have an idea to plant a bananas tree and the frog agree with his idea. They plant the bananas tree and they wait the bananas tree grows everyday. Day after day, the tree was grows and to bear fruit. They are very happy. The monkey immediately climbing and the monkey eat the bananas streaky. The frog feel if the monkey to deceive him. Finally the frog to chop down the tree and the monkey fall down and die.

When My Hope Faint

 Everyone want to have beautiful life, have boyfriend or girlfriend that faithful, have a good job, and etc. I have to, I want to reach out something. When we have some hope, we will reach with all one’s strength. Like me, but when I know that my hope will not to be truth, my hope faint. When that’s feeling to soak in my mind, I feel is not my destiny to have something that i hope. But I believed that God have nice plan to me.

Secret Admirer

        Years ago, I met a handsome man. I met him when my friends and I go out together. His name is Prastis. My friend  Deni invited him to go out with us. We wanted to have a dinner at restaurant. On arriving we find out the blank chairs. Obviously, that he sat in front of  my chair suprised me. I was very nerveous near him. He looks very smart, fun, and perfect. Although, no bodies perfect in this world. I interesting with him at first time and I can said to my self with easily that I falling in love with him. In the middle of my dinner, What he said suprised me, that he have girl friends. Oh no!!! I said in my heart, I silenced and nothing to say. After we dinner, we went to our boarding  respectively.

            Following day, I met him again. Obviously, he is one field of study with me. That is English Department. He to speak to me and I was very happy although he just say hello to me. And then he gone. But, in fact he have a girl friend so i just to be an admirer . Actually an secret admirer. Every day I meet him, I just can see and say hello to him. Maybe I just to be an secret admire.
